Your responsibilities

You must operate, maintain, and care for your Great Alpine-Caravan, in accordance with the instructions in your user’s manual. (Includes manuals associated with appliances)

This includes maintaining regular maintenance checks when the caravan is not in use or being stored for periods beyond 3 months.

This includes roof maintenance – all seals inspection (Windows – Door- Hatches – Joints). Tyres-rims and axle assembly.

We offer one way back-to-base warranty that the owner is responsible for returning their caravans to manufacturer’s location. Renumeration will be offered to cover the fuel cost of returning the caravan to the place of manufacture. This does not include accommodation cost during the repair process or any additional costs after the caravan is returned to the owner.
