A review that is definitely well overdue, we purchased our Great Alpine double bunk semi off road in 2021 and we are so happy with our caravan. It is everything we wanted and more and the service we got from Amila is outstanding. Living in Tasmania and having a lot of water between us was a little concerning but any minor issues we have had was well supported by Amila and his team. We use our caravan a lot and the only expense so far is replacing 2 batteries. Looking for an awesome caravan, Great Alpine are definitely worth a look.

We picked up our 20’6 Bright fully off-road caravan in June 2025, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s packed with features — airbags, Victron management system, and everything we wanted for off-road travel. Amila went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. We found Alpine caravans at our local caravan expo in Ballarat. As first time caravan buyers, Amila made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Beautifully presented caravans at the expo, we were happy to drive to Epping (their old dealership) and do business with them. Bonus that we were able to custom build our van, like building a mini home, choosing from a huge varity of colours, splashbacks, bench tops and flooring etc.
He was also super friendly and cheerful the entire time.
